A six-year publishing project mixing the work of composers, artists, performers, and poets. Five issues, three CDs, two exhibitions, and a booklet — each issue organized around a theme: Utility, Disembodiment, Duals & Doubles, Topography, Autonomy.

Contributors include: Maryanne Amacher, Michael J Schumacher, Phill Niblock, Steven Connor, Eric LaCasa, John Pruitt, Suzanne Joelson and many others. Issue 4 was accompanied by Ghosts and Others, a CD by Phill Niblock. Issue 5 contained a curated CD of sound works by contributors. The project culminated in Usufruct, an exhibition of sculpture and visual art at Linfield Gallery, McMinnville OR, joined by Tools of Mind — a collection of scores edited by Matt Marble.
